About 10 business days for Essentials and Business, once we have your content and photos. Growth projects with e-commerce usually run 3 to 4 weeks. We give you a date in writing before starting.
Your logo if you have one, photos of your work or team, and 30 minutes to answer questions about your business. If you don't have photos, we plan a shoot or use licensed images — we'll tell you the cost up front.
Hosting and domain are billed separately, at cost — usually $10 to $25 a month depending on traffic. The account is in your name, so you're never held hostage by us.
Yes. It's WordPress, and we record a walkthrough of your own site: editing text, swapping photos, publishing a post. If you'd rather not touch it, we offer a maintenance plan.
We write the page structure and the first draft of every page in plain language, based on what your customers ask you. You correct the facts, we polish the wording. Copywriting is included in Business and Growth.
Small fixes in the first 30 days are free. After that, either you edit it yourself (we show you how) or we work hourly, at a rate agreed before any work starts.
